Shipping & Return Policy

Lead time: Shipment within 35 calendar days after deposit received and full confirmation of specs, packaging and artwork.

Tracking number will be sent after shipment. Freight is calculated by weight, destination and shipping method.

Risk transfers to buyer once goods are released to carrier. Seller shall not be liable for delays from carrier, customs, force majeure or buyer’s delayed confirmation.

All quality claims must be submitted with photo/video evidence within 15 days after cargo arrival. Only confirmed manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or compensation and require our prior RA approval.

Non-quality returns (overstock, order change) are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing. If approved, buyer covers all return freight, duties and restocking charges. Customized/OEM goods are non-returnable.Damage from misuse, improper operation or carrier after handover is not covered.
