Drawing-Based Production
If a customer provides detailed drawings that include dimensions, materials, and special requirements, we proceed to manufacture the mold in accordance with these specifications.
Sample-Based Design
Should a customer lack drawings but possess a sample, we request the sample to be sent to our engineering team. We then measure the dimensions, create a detailed drawing, and subsequently fabricate the mold based on this blueprint.
We understand that sometimes clients prefer to create a smaller, cost-effective sample mold for prototyping. Alternatively, some opt for a full-scale mold that serves both sampling and mass production purposes.
Mold Material and Durability
Our molds are typically crafted from steel, and we guarantee their longevity, promising at least 50,000 cycles over a decade. In the event of any issues during this warranty period, our company commits to covering the costs of repairs or mold remakes.
Mold Testing and Sample Approval
Post-mold fabrication, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure the mold's functionality. Once the mold is approved, we produce samples and conduct a series of quality checks, including size measurements, hardness tests, and other assessments to ensure the samples meet our high-quality standards. These samples are then forwarded to the client for their approval.

After mass production and final quality control, we package our products in plastic bags and then in cartons, with standard sizes of 46cm*33cm*33cm or 33cm*33cm*33cm. For larger quantities, we place the cartons on pallets. We are also open to custom packaging solutions, although this may incur additional costs.
Shipping and Logistics
We cater to various shipping methods based on the order size:
- For smaller quantities, we utilize express transport services such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS.
- For larger quantities, we opt for sea or land transportation.
