Drawing-Based Production
If a customer provides detailed drawings that include dimensions, materials, and special requirements, we proceed to manufacture the mold in accordance with these specifications.
Sample-Based Design
Should a customer lack drawings but possess a sample, we request the sample to be sent to our engineering team. We then measure the dimensions, create a detailed drawing, and subsequently fabricate the mold based on this blueprint.
We understand that sometimes clients prefer to create a smaller, cost-effective sample mold for prototyping. Alternatively, some opt for a full-scale mold that serves both sampling and mass production purposes.
