Production Based on Drawings
With Detailed Drawings: When a customer provides detailed drawings specifying dimensions, materials, and any special requirements, we proceed directly with manufacturing the mold according to these specifications.

With a Physical Sample: If a customer lacks drawings but has a physical sample, we request the sample for our engineering team. They will measure dimensions, create a detailed technical drawing, and then fabricate the mold based on this blueprint.
Mold Strategy Options
Creating a smaller, cost-effective sample mold for prototyping.
Investing in a full-scale mold suitable for both sampling and mass production.
Our molds are typically crafted from steel. We guarantee their durability for at least 50,000 cycles over a ten-year period. Should any issues arise within this warranty timeframe, we cover the costs for repairs or mold remakes.
Packaging Sample
Following mass production and final quality control, products are packaged in plastic bags and then in standard cartons (sizes: 46cm x 33cm x 33cm or 33cm x 33cm x 33cm). Larger orders are palletized. Custom packaging solutions are available, potentially incurring additional costs.
Shipping & Logistics
We select the optimal shipping method based on order volume:
Smaller quantities: Express carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS).
Larger quantities: Sea or land freight.
Mold Testing & Sample Approval
Post-fabrication, molds undergo rigorous testing to ensure functionality. Upon mold approval, samples are produced and subjected to comprehensive quality checks, including dimensional verification, hardness testing, and other relevant assessments. Approved samples are then sent to the client for final confirmation.
Mass Production
Upon sample approval, mass production commences following this stringent process:

> Raw Material Testing > Formulation > Material Mixing > Material Cutting > First Cure > First Part Inspection > Spot Checks > Deburring > 100% Visual Inspection > In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) > Washing/Grinding > Post Cure > Final Quality Control (FQC) > Packaging
